First of all, the usual hoppy set, 3 gyoza, edamame, and cold tofu. delicious! , and it was easy on the wallet and finished quickly today. 2024.8.10 After a night shift, I visited with my senior who lives in Nagayama. Cheers with a hoppy set for me and draft beer for my senior 🍻💦 The snacks were gyoza, fried chicken, edamame, croquette, and corn.Is it a bit too much for a midday drink? ::It's been a while since I received this level of customer service. I had given up on the idea that the recent low level of customer service (unfriendliness, lack of hospitality) at convenience stores and restaurants was due to a lack of staff, but I was reminded once again that this is not the case at all. . The food is served quickly and the presentation is very beautiful. It tastes like chain Chinese food, but I really like Hidakaya's fried rice and ramen. The food was especially delicious on this day, thanks in part to the excellent customer service. As I watched the store, I noticed that the relationships between the staff members were very good. This is probably what makes for good operations. As someone who works in the same service industry, I thought it was a wonderful store with a lot to learn.

::Lunch after a massage at Keio Nagayama. The time was around 3pm, so I briefly entered Hidakaya. Dumplings, fried squid, and a glass of beer. The gyoza is different from the shops at Inada Tsutsumi and Tama Center. I'm happy that the color is well-baked. I think the fried squid is just fried frozen squid. It's not hard and just delicious. If you look at it as an izakaya rather than a Chinese restaurant Mr. Hidakaya seems to be excellent ^^
