::This is the Higashikurume east exit branch of Hidakaya, a large chain that was founded in 1973 and now operates around 450 stores, one of the top in the Chinese food industry. The location is right next to the east exit of Higashikurume Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. It's next to the station rotary, so it's perfect for taking shelter in case of sudden rain! lol I visited for the first time around 5:30 pm on a weekday, feeling hungry. I have been to other stores, but this is my first time. When you enter the store, there are about 10 counter seats, and of course about 15 table seats. I sat down at an empty counter seat and received a glass of cold water from the female staff. Many chain restaurants have the image of being cheap, fast, and delicious. Compared to other chains, Hidakaya has less variation in taste between stores, so you can always enjoy a consistent taste. The menu is extensive, ranging from ramen, set meals, rice dishes, a la carte dishes to alcoholic drinks. This time, my personal favorite ○ Tanmen with plenty of vegetables ¥570 Order. *The price has now increased to 590 yen. The rice bowl arrived after a few minutes of waiting. It's full of ingredients and hearty, and the pleasant aroma of the salt-based soup whets your appetite. You can eat 350g of vegetables, and the ingredients include pork, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, bean sprouts, chives, and carrots. The noodles have a slightly chewy texture. The mild flavor of the soup, with just the right amount of pepper, is addictive. There are many ingredients and noodles, and it is very filling. In these days of constant price hikes, the efforts of companies to offer products for less than 600 yen are truly amazing. When you're not feeling hungry, Hidakaya is also a great place to grab a glass of lemon sour and some snacks. Thank you for the meal❗️

::saturday lunch I visited around 1pm. The store is full! But it was vacated right away so it was okay! Reasonable menu! Alcohol is also cheap! Makes me want to drink Tenshin rice and ankake ramen! Let's drink beer next time 😳

::I mainly use it for lunch. Personally, I think the high point is that it's hoppy. There are many types of knobs, and the amount that you can enjoy even if you go out alone is a big plus. I get happy when I see people drinking like me during the day. Hoppy is outside and inside. I think the normal amount would be a set of 2 middle school students and 1 outside student. When I come to this store, my third year middle school students can only go outside. It's irresistible to drink. The knobs are also delicious. The ramen is very ordinary, and I think it might be more delicious if you make your own instant ramen. . . This place is more like a bar than a ramen restaurant, so I'm satisfied with it.
