I think it's tough for elderly people and busy people. When things got really bad, I ended up missing about 1/3 of what I ordered, so it's a good idea to get a receipt. By the way, when I called the bakery near the station when I made a mistake, they offered to deliver it to my house and replace it the same day. It's my fault for not checking the size of the contents right after I bought it, but I was impressed by how responsive they were.
