::Dining restaurant. The store is located on the 1st floor of JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Hakata Chuo. In the morning, it will be the hotel's breakfast venue. The number of seats is 60-70. Breakfast has a wide selection, including original side dishes such as homemade sausage, side dishes unique to Hakata such as offal hot pot, kashiwa rice, and tonkotsu ramen. There is a large selection of items, so even if you stay for several nights, you can have fun thinking about what to eat tomorrow. The staff at the breakfast venue greet you cheerfully and leave you feeling good. It's hard to see the prepared food, but it's on the return shelf at the back of the venue. Flip the card in use to the end side and return. At night, it also operates as a Kakuuchi (standing bar).

::Arrive in Hakata early in the morning by night bus. From there, I looked for a restaurant that was open and had a breakfast buffet. There was a door on the street so it was easy to get in without having to go inside the hotel. Google Maps says this place opens at 7am, but when I arrived 15 minutes early, most of the tables were already occupied. Then, around 8 o'clock, it was empty. I feel like I know which plate to put on little by little. We have udon, offal hotpot, Hakata ramen, and we also have mustard greens and mentaiko, so it's a good deal to be able to enjoy Fukuoka gourmet food all at once. There were so many side dishes that I couldn't conquer them all. There is a system where you return the dishes to the return table after eating, but I thought it was amazing that the dishes were never left on the shelves for long (I refilled them about 4 times, but the shelves were empty every time). I would like to use it again if I come to Hakata early in the morning.

::This is the coffee shop/restaurant of JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Hakata Chuo. There is a side door leading to the hotel's lobby. The breakfast buffet is alright. Japanese staples such as curry, miso soup, congee and fried fish along with Western food (bacon, sausage, eggs and pastries) are served.
