::Last 6 days of Golden Week Lunch in at 11:25 🍤 There were 3 groups waiting, but the timing was good and we were shown to our seats in about 10 minutes and we were able to enjoy our lunch leisurely😋 This time, I ordered the tempura bowl, bamboo steamer, and two-colored tempura monkey while waiting to be seated, so I waited for about 10 minutes before it was served. The thin Nihachi soba noodles had a nice aroma and were delicious. The tempura bowl was a little spicy and the rice was a little soft, which was a shame! ️This is just a personal opinion. The two-colored tempura monkey was very delicious. This was my first time visiting the store, but I will definitely come back again as the atmosphere is very nice.

::About 20 minutes by car from the center of Chiba The parking lot in front of the store is crowded, so you have to line up from there. There is a second parking lot, so you can park there as well. It's crowded today, so it looks like Sarashina is over. When I ordered tempura, I received a piece of tempura with shrimp, eggplant, pumpkin, and green pepper, and a piece of colander covered in seaweed. Although it was crowded, I didn't feel that there was a strong emphasis on tempura and soba. It doesn't seem to be 100%, but the soba is falling apart. There is nothing special about the tempura and tempura flour. It's typical of a rural handmade soba restaurant, but the atmosphere sells it. I'll come if my companion tells me to, but that's about it for soba restaurants.

::I used to pass by the place often, but this was my first time visiting. Although the store looks expensive, it is a very reasonable store. Even though it's handmade soba, the current price of 570 yen for soba noodles is very reasonable. In addition, the dashi stock has a nice seasoning that isn't too salty. I'll probably repeat it.

::I went to an amazing soba restaurant! On my way home from visiting a grave, I was able to learn about this from an acquaintance. It was on a back street, a narrow alley that only locals knew about. There are lines even after 2pm! It seems to calm down after 3pm, so it's a good idea to come for a late lunch and an early dinner. The store is open until 5pm with no break. The hand-made soba noodles, dashi soup, and rice soaked in tenju's Tenju soup are also delicious! ! A hidden soba restaurant in the forest that is loved by men and women of all ages. We have a lot of elderly customers, so it would be nice if they could replace the Japanese-style toilet with a Western-style toilet.Nowadays, it only takes a few hours, and it would be nice to have a Western-style toilet installed one step up. The toilet is Japanese style, but it's so delicious that I'll definitely come back again.
