::When I visited Hitachinaka, I went to Hitachinaka to visit Hanahiro. Reservations required. I had the nigiri course for lunch. Based on the results, all the nigiri were amazing. All of the toppings are well-crafted, setting them apart from the crispy sushi that sells only on freshness. The chef's words, ``It's called sushi when you make fish delicious'' really stuck with me. Excellent dehydration and aging. From what I hear, the salt concentration is important. This is a famous restaurant where you can really feel that you are eating sushi, not just sashimi put on sushi by a master chef. The hostess' warm customer service made me feel comfortable, and I was able to enjoy a very satisfying meal from start to finish. A solid 5 stars. Amazing.

::I stopped by after seeing the Google rating on the way back from seeing Nemophila. I hadn't made a reservation, so I called at 11:30 just to be sure, and then I visited and was taken to the counter, which was a spacious space. I chose 11 pieces from the lunch menu of 9 pieces for 3,500 yen and 11 pieces for 4,500 yen. I was worried if I would be able to eat all 11 pieces, but the sushi rice is so small that even a woman can eat it in one bite! I ate it all without any problems.
