  Although there are some inconveniences, such as the building being small and the parking lot being limited, I think the staff here are nicer and kinder than Sekishi and Hamakita.

  When I tried to send a Yu-Pack item in a size 60, it was sent to a size 80 because it was only 15mm oversized. Despite having such strict size controls, the parcels we send are often soaked in the rain. I am disappointed in the poor service provided by the post office these days.

  Although it is located on a busy loop road, the parking lot is too small as it has always been small. There have been many times when I couldn't park and got out without using it. It's harder and harder to park than the old parking lot. The deadline for collection in the evening is early. The nearby Sekishi Post Office closes at 6pm, but I was surprised to find that this one's deadline was even earlier. Even though the place deep in the mountains of Insa is still open until late. So it's inconvenient so I don't go there often.
