  The parking lot is so small that if it's full, it will cause traffic jams on the road.

  It opens at 9 a.m., so I use it to deposit, withdraw, and transfer money. I mostly use ATMs. The ATM is open except on special holidays, so you can use the ATM until 7pm on weekdays and until 5pm on weekends and holidays. I think the insurance and savings counters are open until 4:00 pm, and the postal counter is open until 5:00 pm.
