::This is a small store located in the basement of Emio. If you go to the sushi restaurant on the upper floor, you can probably accommodate a large number of people. There are 4 counter seats and 3 table seats here. The purpose may be for customers shopping in the basement to take a break. However, the restaurant area on the 8th floor opens at 11am, but this one opens at the same time as Emio's. I appreciate that point. Although it is a small store, they also have a menu that goes well with sake, such as sashimori. You can choose sushi individually, as well as sets and rice bowls. Although the lineup is mainly for those who eat, The sashimi was very delicious The whelk shellfish was especially delicious. I think we need to make some improvements when it comes to sushi rice. The nigiri was weak, and some pieces fell apart when I picked them up, but others didn't, so I guess the amount of force applied varies. Also, the vinegared rice could use a little more ingenuity. If the sushi is done properly, I think it will be a delicious and satisfying sushi restaurant. But the price is high In this day and age, there are some things that can't be helped. With this atmosphere and scale, I sometimes feel disappointed that it's at this price.

::Uoriki is a fish shop that was founded in Tachikawa and had a store in the now-defunct Daiichi Department Store. The number of branches continued to increase, and the company grew into the corporation it is today. In addition to retail stores, there are also restaurants, and this is one of them. It is also located at the end of the south exit escalator towards WINS. The store has counter seats and table seats, and is not large. Visited for lunch today. I had the market nigiri for lunch. The market nigiri ingredients change every day and are written at the entrance. You can change the material you don't like to your favorite material for free or for a fee. Glass beer for lunch is also a good deal. It's a great place for a nice lunch or a drink in the evening.

::The store is located on the basement floor of Tachikawa Lumine. It's an eat-in restaurant, so there aren't many seats. There are table seats and counter seats. This time I visited for lunch. I entered the store around 11:30, and there were 3 groups of customers in front of me, and I was able to take a seat without waiting. (By the time I left, the place was full and there were 3 groups waiting.) I ordered Uoriki Kaisendon and was very satisfied with the content, taste, and cost performance of the price. (The rice is vinegared rice) Thank you for the meal! Next time, I would like to try nigiri sushi.

::We had seasonal market sushi. The ingredients are delicious. On this day, there was a milt, but it had almost no quirks, so I was disappointed in a good way. The set also comes with chawanmushi, so the cost performance is quite good. However, the sushi is cold. The fried food was served faster than I expected, and the staff was attentive.

::I've been here twice and both times were equally excellent. The price is great and the fish quality puts most sushi restaurants to shame. It feels so weird eating such great sushi inside a mall!
