  I've been going there for almost 20 years. You can enjoy creative international cuisine with good taste at reasonable prices. The master's personality is also attractive. This is a proud local restaurant that all the friends you recommend love it and start going there. Since this is a one-off procedure, reservations are required.

  Warm lights illuminate the tables, and the entire restaurant is stylishly dark, but the darkness doesn't fool you, and the restaurant, including the restrooms, is very hygienic. All the dishes are voluminous for the price, have a strong accent, and are delicious. Aside from the standard menu, the lineup changes frequently with seasonal ingredients, so you can enjoy something new every time you visit. I think even one person can easily enter. The owner is the only one working, so advance reservations are recommended.

  To Uminekoya in Nishi-Ogikubo. First of all, you are curious about the name. A dandy master manages the food by himself. Two tables at the counter. All the food is delicious and local.   I went on a Saturday night. I think it's time to start eating, but I was told that about 4 of the items I ordered from the menu in the store were already sold out. I had also ordered a bottle of wine, so I felt like they didn't have that. It was a shame because the food I ate was delicious.
