::For tanmen and miso ramen, this nirareba is the best choice for the iron plate. Personally, I don't have enough rice for the amount of chives, so I would like to double the rice instead of using half the chives lol.

::I appreciate that they are open from 10am. Perhaps because it was a Sunday, the place was nearly full even when I arrived before 11am. The aroma of fried vegetables and garlic whets the appetite. I had gyoza, miso butter ramen, and green onion miso chashu noodles. The skin of the gyoza is chewy and delicious ♥️ I can tell that my body is happy with it. Miso butter ramen is full of vegetables and has thick noodles that are very satisfying💯 My partner is green onion miso chashu men. This was also very filling💯I received one piece of char siu, and it was carefully wrapped and had a strong flavor, and the more you chew, the more delicious it becomes. It was a happy moment. It was a feast.

::I ordered a large serving of special miso ramen, gyoza, and fried octopus. The large serving of special miso ramen is quite filling! It's on the same level as other stores! Personally, I liked the freshly fried octopus the most and it was delicious.

::Flat Niigata. Next up is a popular local restaurant that a friend of mine told me about. The name of the restaurant is Aji-no-Hachintei. The location is 1277 Jinka, Nishikan Ward, Niigata City. There is a private parking lot, so I parked there and visited. Even though it was around 2pm, there was a huge line. I waited for a while until it was my turn. This is a large box store with over 80 seats at the counter and tables. I am shown to the counter and look at the menu. In addition to ramen, they also have soba, udon, and omelet rice. I wonder if it's an image of a Chinese restaurant in town. This time, I chose the recommended special miso ramen with butter topping. Here is what was offered after a while. Oh, this is a rich miso ramen that is one of Niigata's top 5 ramen. The taste of miso with lots of vegetables and garlic. I think it's the perfect ramen for a cold day. I think the vegetables included cabbage, bean sprouts, and jellyfish. It's a crispy way to stir-fry. The noodles were medium thick and slightly hard boiled. The soup has quite a bit of garlic, but it's more of a light type than a rich one. I like Toyoko's ramen, so it might be a little thicker. Melting the butter halfway through the process added a mellow sweetness that I liked. I finished eating it in an instant. There are still some popular stores that I don't know about. I would like to learn more about it and visit the store again.

::A popular restaurant in Nishikama, which is known for its miso ramen culture. Customers started coming in from the time the store opened at 10 a.m., and by 10:30, it was about 90% full. Around 11 o'clock, the customers finish eating and leave, so the place becomes empty for a moment. The ``Special Miso Ramen'' is topped with heaps of cabbage, bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, etc., and you dig out the noodles and eat them. The smell of garlic wafts through the air as soon as you put the bowl on. The soup is smooth and has a good amount of broth from the meat and vegetables, and the miso used has the flavor of the beans. It tastes pretty spicy, so it seems like the spiciness comes from the finely chopped garlic. It's delicious with the extra-thick noodles and the spicy miso soup. There are quite a few men who order a large portion. Another signature menu item, ``Stir-fried chive leeks'', is served in a heaping pile on a 40cm long plate when ordered separately, so be careful when ordering it as a side dish for ramen. The liver is well-processed and has no odor at all, and it doesn't have the unique texture of liver, making it more like soft meat, so even people who don't like liver can enjoy it. It's seasoned with a special sauce that isn't overly salty, so I highly recommend it. There are many tatami seats inside the store, and there are many employees, so the turnover is quick even if you are lining up. Please note that if you park your regular car in the light car parking lot on the side of the farm road, you will not be able to pass and will be asked to move immediately.
