::We stayed here for one night arriving from the overnight ferry from Korea. As there was heavy rain the train from Hakata station to Saga was cancelled so we took a taxi straight there which was about 17000 yen. We were delighted to arrive at this peaceful, luxurious spa hotel and absorb the views from the windows of our rooms. The Onsen is split for males and females and has lots of different indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna and other activities. Because of the rain, it wasn’t busy which meant we could really relax amongst the trees. We took our 2 year old who was allowed into the spa too and there is a stylish play area with lots of games for children too. We booked half board and had an exceptional Japanese dinner in a private dining room and a breakfast looking out into the forest. The food was locally sourced and absolutely delicious. What a truly magical place, made better by the kind hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend a trip here, it was very good value and we have left feeling rejuvenated and excited for our onward travel in Japan. Our only sadness was we couldn’t buy the stylish Oncri pyjamas they provided for us to wear in the hotel as a memento of our wonderful stay.

::We loved our stay in this beautiful & peaceful hotel surrounded by nature! Spacious quiet rooms, quality amenities (yaman hair dryer!). Food was simple but delicious - you can taste the freshness & flavour of the natural ingredients. Bed is a little soft but there’s option to sleep on tatami futon. Onsen is spacious with a few pools. Service is impressive - kudos to all the staff there who provided consistently good service and made our stay such a pleasant one. Entire experience was like a nourishing retreat for the soul. Slightly pricey but worth it!

::The onsen is lovely especially in the early morning/late at night when there’s not many people around. They generously allowed my companion who has tattoos to use the onsen and that was very much appreciated. The room has a fantastic view of the mountain and the surrounding area is quiet and charming. A shuttle from Saga station is also included. I wish there was a microwave in the room for some snacks we bought from convenience stores. The hotel is pricey and the kaiseki dinner wasn’t the greatest but overall I loved my stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

::A newly brand onsen hotel Everything is new and tidy! There are few type of Onsen area! Inside and outside! The temperature of the onsen is specially warm! Not hot! Very comfortable! There is a kid playground area! Really good for family with kids! Room is not big, but comfortable enough. Of course, the in room onsen is superb! Really lovely that there is no glass window in the room of onsen, you can hear the natural symphony when enjoying onsen! Great experience! Love it!
