::I like it super spicy, so I made it 40 times more spicy. The spiciness was okay, but it tasted almost like chili oil, sesame, and a little salt. Make it spicy = add a lot of chili oil It looks like this, and there is no flavor. It's like eating noodles with grilled liver dipping sauce💦It was so tortured that I had to leave it alone. Looking at other posts, it doesn't seem to be bad unless it's spicy. Less than 10 times seems good.

::The other day, I went to Hiroshima on a business trip, and a person I met locally took me to this restaurant! ️ First of all, the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to! ️ The store is located on the 1st floor, but I think it's a difficult place to find. ️ Hiroshima = Spicy thin noodle tsukemen? So, I got the 20 spiciness, and it was so spicy that it was easy to eat 😘 By the way, the locals were eating 30 spicy lol Also, the Chibo Highball was very delicious, so I will definitely stop by here when I go to Hiroshima again!! ️

::I like that it has about 10% of the atmosphere of an izakaya. I've never seen the noodles before, or rather, they're thin noodles that look like King Ken's noodles. These noodles are typical of the Okonomi Kingdom. Both the soup and noodles are thick and there are plenty of vegetables on the noodles. I thought it might have a grassy taste, but it matched well with the rich spiciness of the dipping sauce and had a refreshing taste. I was satisfied with the well thought out combination. A must-try dish in Hiroshima!

::Great Hiroshima tsukemen spot recommended to me by a local. It's a little hidden inside a building, which I thought was cool. I ordered the large size tsukemen and it was delicious. I could have eaten even more. Both the noodles and sesame seed, shoyu, spicy dipping sauce are served cold, and there are a bunch of vegetables and lean pork (maybe pork shoulder?) that come on the noodles. By the way, I have a pretty high spice tolerance, so level 10 spicy was just right for me and my friend, very easy to eat. I would try 15 next time. My favourite part was the sesame seeds in the sauce, there were so many and they gave a wonderful crunch with the noodles. The cabbage was super refreshing and the lean pork shoulder made sense rather than a fattier cut. I don't think there is an english menu but don't let that stop you from eating this style of tsukemen.

::A bit disappointing. The meat is small, the eggs are hard-boiled and the overall taste isn't fantastic. Also you have no choice for the flavor. And prices are a little high. Other than that, the broth is chili and sesame, and you can choose the level of spiciness from zero to twenty. 3~5 is said to be average, I chose 2 and it was fine, I could have eaten level 3 but not higher. The global interior design is nice, a bit getting old but in a good way.
