::The hotel room is spacious. It is absolutely family friendly. I saw families playing bingo scratch games in the hall and kids were super happy. The Chinese lady working in front desk is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying in this hotel.

::Skiing service is absolutely amazing, the gears for rent is so good. I highly recommend this skiing park. And the Mandarin service is superb, she saved my skiing trip. 🙏🙏

::If you are planning to stay in Onuma area with your kids, don't miss this place. The hotel has a year-round indoor pool with a slide and offers sumptuous Washoku (Japanese cuisine) in the evenings. In summer, you can play in a small amusement park with small rides, children's equipment, and athletic equipment. And in winter, you can ski on gentle ski slopes. Indoors, there are Dagashi-ya (cheap sweets shop), children's playground equipment, karaoke rooms, and a bowling alley for family fun. If you like, you can also take a bath in the hot spring. Komagatake, a famous peak in southern Hokkaido, can be seen from every room, and the morning sunrise is especially beautiful.

::I was there for a goodbye party for my school. The food was good but I thought it was a bit expensive for the short time that we were there. The service personnel were great and courteous.
