  The exterior of the building facing the street has been renovated, but the sides and interior of the building seem to have not had much work done, and some of the facilities give a sense of the times. Light switches, air conditioning switch (broken), etc. are grouped together in the center panel. It's reasonably priced and conveniently located close to the station and downtown area.

  The front desk person was very kind. When I asked questions about surrounding facilities and sightseeing spots, they answered carefully. It's a single room, so it's not that spacious, but the bathroom was simple but clean.Well, the building may be a little older, but it's enough for a regular stay. The location is just a few minutes walk from the station, one block from the national highway and in front of the park, you can walk to the pedestrian bridge right from the entrance, it's very close to Kaikyo Yume Tower, there are plenty of restaurants around, and convenience stores. The location is very good as there is also a supermarket. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

  The front desk is not particularly motivated or friendly, the room is full of stains, the walls are yellowed, the air conditioner is covered in dust, and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.The bathroom is small and has pubic hair scattered about, and there are 5 hairs on the bed. There was a degree! 5500 yen❗️ I should have stayed at an internet cafe or in my car...

As for their response, when I parked my car, they came out of their way to guide me. The room had been renovated and the wallpaper and floor were very clean. The bathroom was also new. Of course, it also comes with a washlet. I'm satisfied with this price.
