Everything was perfect here. We bought all inclusive package. - Alcohol buffet 3 times (Welcome drink, dinner and night) - food line is really long. - food hall is really large. - Room for stay is large and new - Nice view - service is very great and impressive - onsen is large and clean Will come here again ❤️

We stayed here as part of an organised tour of Japan (so I can't comment on the value for money as I don't know what we paid). This was the "Onsen experience" stop, with Japanese beds. One of us slept really well on the futon and the other didn't (tip: you can ask at reception for a western pillow). The group dinner was very good and we were surprised by the extent of the western breakfast choices as well. Our bathroom was rather small and dated, but the whole point of this hotel is to bathe in the onsen. We tried both the men's and women's between us and they were great — including a proper hot (90°C) sauna. Overall we found this hotel to be better than its rating average (currently 3.8*).

The hotel is just for a quick stay, breakfast is ok and price is right for the service and room. The breakfast is buffet and the rooms can have a tatami futon and western style beds. Hotsprings are ok and a little small, there is a swimming pool and it has an ocean view (if your lucky) there's no beachfront you have to drive to a beach.

Guest rooms are huge, carpeted floor with clean bathroom, plenty of space for opening large luggage, and free WiFi. Dinner was great and the buffet breakfast was so full of tasty food that, if you were equipped with a big stomach, don't miss it. Also worthy of mention: the huge lobby, the shopping plaza, and the spa at the first floor. Personally I enjoyed every moment of my stay at the hotel!
