  Great food. Delicious soba and very fresh vegetables and meat prawns. Good price. Kind staff. Some tourists seem to have trouble understanding how to queue even though there's an obvious line. This is not really a fault of the store and more the tourists being clueless or trying to be entitled and cut in line. The store can help with putting clear signage and queuing to have mitigate this problem.

  Very calm space, meals are around £5 - cash only. English menus available, green tea provided for free, don’t let the closed door and curtains scare you away! Staff will show you to a seat and are very relaxed.

  Everything was delicious, service was super friendly and making sure everything was perfect for us and the rest of the guests eating in the restaurant. Magic spot! Thank you!

  Flavorful soba soup, fluffy crunchy fried large shrimps and vegetables. Extremely satisfying. Seasonal side dishes. Highly recommended!

  Good on all points, and a good place to try out a nice set of noodles. Depending on the season you will find different types of traditional Nara noodles being served here, i.e. 素麺 or 煮麺 in the season's style.
