::Jiro's name is there, but isn't the volume that great? That's my impression. If you're eating it as ramen, it's a good portion, but if you're thinking of it as a Jiro-style dish, it's a little more modest. As for the taste, it feels like orthodox Jiro-style ramen, which is neither good nor bad. However, there are table seats, so it is recommended if you are going to Jiro Kei for the first time or if you are going as a family. The parking lot is large and easy to use, and the store is clean. I thought it was a Jiro style that you could easily go to.

::It will also be one of the few spiciness challenge shops in Gunma. If you like Nakamoto's mapo tofu, this is a must-try restaurant. If you want to take on the challenge, let's order the Oni Banquet together. I personally put in 1.5 cups and it tasted pretty good. Aside from the spiciness, I think it's my favorite among all the Jiro-type Keishoken varieties. It's a unique restaurant with other menu items as well, so I'd like to try it.

::2024.3.1 14:00 First entry, or rather, 2.22 It's the 9th day since reopening. Since it was 14:00, there were about 30% of customers in the store. Tickets are issued using a ticket vending machine (touch panel). It is categorized into ramen, tsukemen, and mazesoba, and it is easy to handle as it comes in various quantities, prices, and toppings. I think it's less likely that you'll get lost on the street just looking at the ticket machine like you would with a traditional ticket vending machine. I issued a ticket for Butajiro Tsukemen (980 yen) and went into the store. A beautiful and clean store. When you hand your ticket to the clerk, you will be asked the amount of vegetables, garlic, and oil, and you will have to answer. You can choose between cold and hot tsukemen. On the table are pepper, chili pepper, vinegar (this is important!) soy sauce, tissues, etc. If you choose less garlic oil, a little more vegetables, and more heat, the rice bowl will arrive in less than 10 minutes. The soup is emulsified and has lard. The noodles are thick and not too hard, making them easy to eat even for Jiro beginners like myself. Is it 200g of noodles? A large serving weighs 400g. The vegetables are crunchy, and there's less cabbage (lol). The pork is less oily than Jiro's and has a good flavor, which I like. Is it enough to fill a normal girl's stomach? For me in my 40s, it's about 8 minutes deep. I'm a Jiro beginner, but it was delicious. 3/18 13:40 About 40% of customers in the store. Medium size pork jiro mazesoba (300g maybe?) 980 yen with more vegetables and less garlic and oil. Contains melted cheese and hot spring eggs. It was more delicious than Tsukemen. The noodles are delicious. Belly 9-9.5 minutes lol

::I had the most popular dish, Ao no Buta Jiro, in a medium size (980 yen). The soup is a little salty, but when mixed with the noodles it becomes just right. It's tough to drink. There's a lot of bean sprouts in it, but when you eat them with the noodles and chashu, it disappears just right. The taste was normal. Next time I would like to try other mazesoba.
