The bed is comfy the room is very tight for three persons the bathroom is small and outdated but the location is superb a few step to subway station.

Although the rooms are quite small, it’s what you’d expect from an area of central Japan. Located right at the base of bustling streets of Shinjuku, these rooms are perfect for a couple or a family of 3. The service is quite good and the rooms are supplied with complimentary amenities. The staff is capable of English which makes communication quiet easy and overall a great place to stay in the Shinjuku area.
