::I enjoyed my stay very clean room and brought new towels everyday. Close to JR Shin-Okubo station.

::The location is good, the staff is friendly. However, the bed was really uncomfortable and the bathroom really small. I don’t recommend this hotel at all if you are looking for comfort in Tokyo.

::I recommend this hotel for everyone who stays for a shorter period of time and only want to have a place to sleep. We stayed for 20 nights which is rare for this hotel. The hotel staff is really, really nice and provides good service at the front - but in every other aspect they're not very service orientated.. Everyone we met at the front was Korean but spoke Japanese very well. Their English is not very good, so it would be better for you to be at an intermediate level in Japanese. The rooms are not the cleanest but clean enough not to be disgusted by the rooms - so if you're very picky, don't stay here. In addition, you have to ask for new bed sheets and toilet paper every time you want them changed (if you stay multiple nights) as they're not checking on these details. One time we didn't get new towels and one time they forgot to take the old ones with them. The beds are not very comfortable (hard) and you'll have a brick stone as a pillow. Be prepared to hear EVERYTHING as Japanese houses are not sound isolated and this also applies to this hotel. Additionally you'll be located in a very noisy area. The Wi-Fi at the hotel is TERRIBLE, I'd recommend you to get some portable Wi-Fi adaptor. The location is one point I want to talk about, since Shin-Ookubo and Ookubo stations are very close and easy to access. Although Japan is one of the safest countries in the world, the small street where the hotel is located is kind of alarming as soon as it gets dark. There will always be drunk people since there are many restaurants near by and a very noisy game center. Summed up: it's cheap and you'll get enough for your money. I'd give three stars if the Wi-Fi would have been as promised and the cleaning service would have been better. As I mentioned before, it's really good for shorter stays I'd say max. 3 nights.

::Good value for money here. Very handy to the train station and with on walking distance of Shinjuku if you feel like a stroll. Basic accommodation and the WiFi is intermittent at best. Still, a pleasant stay for a reasonable Rates.

::Great cheap hotel in a fantastic location. It was close to the subway and had a balcony view overlooking some of Tokyo! There was air conditioning a fridge and a TV. However the room was quite small and the shower was tiny! The wifi worked great and the staff at reception were very friendly. I'd definitely recommend staying here especially if you are on a budget!
