However, as more and more shops are unable to serve customers, we can see how hard they are working. I received the rich tsukemen. The bonito-flavored sauce is literally rich. It went well with the thick noodles and went well with it. The char siu was thick and crumbly, which was great. I also received the mapo tofu set. You had to pay by having the cashier scan the barcode on the sheet delivered to your table.   I went out for a walk and found it on the way home and tried it for the first time. The store's signboard said tsukemen and mapo tofu, so I ordered mapo tofu. You can choose from three levels of spiciness: medium spicy, spicy, and very spicy. The price for large servings of rice remains the same. It's safer to use the free apron as the oil will be splashing around inside the stone grill. I was supposed to order mapo tofu, but there wasn't enough tofu so I couldn't enjoy it. Instead, there was a lot of meat, and the family I went with was happy and said they would order the spicy version next time. The almond pudding in the set was so strangely sweet that I couldn't even eat a spoonful of it. If I had a choice for dessert, I'd prefer ice cream.

  First visit I rarely rely on tsukemen shops. For now, I ordered a large portion of A set lunch. The free pickles (kimchi) are sweet and spicy, which I like. delicious Tsukemen arrives The simmering dipping sauce is irresistible. The bowl is big and cool I feel like I can tell how good tsukemen is just by looking at it. The noodles are smooth and the dipping sauce is delicious. The char siu was thick and the surface was seared and the meat was juicy and delicious. After paying the bill, my older sister sent me to the door. Depending on whether or not this is available, the repeat rate will change considerably. I thought it was a great store

  This is one of the best noodle houses I've ever had in my life, they are fast, efficient, polite, and it's affordable. Order the normal pig fat tsukemen, they have a lunch set that's even cheaper 1 person can get out for 10$ or less easily. The flavor of the tsukemen sauce, is absolutely incredible. I've been here at least 10 times I ordered nearly the same thing Everytime. Best of Hiroshima!
