::A few years ago, I stopped by after visiting Ono Castle, but today I noticed that the entrance was different from what it was back then, and when I looked again, I was surprised to see that it had changed to a modern structure. However, the soba tasted just as good as before, and it was worth the two-hour trip from Kanazawa.

::When eating grated soba, pour the grated juice over it and mix well. The chewy soba noodles are delicious with a slightly spicy grated broth. Does the sauce katsudon have a unique sauce? You can feel the aroma of spices. Echizen Ono seems to have a specialty called soy sauce cutlet bowl, but this restaurant serves the Fukui Prefecture specialty sauce cutlet bowl. However, if you look closely at the menu, the weekday service menu doesn't seem like a good deal at all, so I wonder why. There were certainly no other customers who seemed to be locals ordering from the weekday service menu. I thought the soba itself was very delicious.

::It was very delicious. Hand-made from Juwari Soba, this soba has a firm and chewy texture. Delivery is also fast. Since I went on a weekday, I was able to get in without waiting. I ate in the tatami room, but the young waitress, who could tell from my gesture that it was time to go, was quick to clean up, so I hurriedly put on my shoes. I wish they would have at least moved after leaving their seats.

::You can't go wrong with soba noodles from a place where the water is delicious♪ so I searched for it♪ The soba noodles were delicious, as per the reputation.It's like 100 percent soba noodles. It's a soba restaurant in town, so it's not only delicious but also cheap and filling. Also, the buildings are amazing, so I think it would be a good idea to stop by and take a look while walking around the city.

::This was my first time going to the new store. Here I had Okuyama soba. I went early before lunchtime, and by lunchtime there was a line of bikers and tourists in front of the store. If you are planning to go, I think that if you go early, you will be guided easily. The soba noodles and seasonal tempura, especially the maitake mushroom tempura, were really delicious.
