  The phone handling, language, everything was terrible. A woman who seemed to be relatively old seemed to be bothered and asked me what I was doing and made fun of her. When I explained the situation, she seemed to be bothering me and asked me to come at 〇〇 o'clock, so I thought I should stop going. I thought about it, but I thought it would be better to have it looked at early, so I went to the reception desk a little early. Then, the receptionist responded in an appropriate manner, and I was so disappointed that I had enough, so I asked them to cancel.When I returned, the woman called me during reception hours and asked me what I was doing. He said it in a way that made people laugh. I told them I had asked them to cancel, but I was waiting for them! A gaggle that doesn't make sense. Then, in an irritated manner, he unilaterally hung up on me. I understand that you are busy, and I can only thank the medical personnel. However, I wonder how this response should be taken. No matter how bad my condition gets, I will never go to this hospital. I would never, ever, ever recommend this to anyone, including my family, friends, and acquaintances.

  Service and staff is spotless, the best. English speakers and translators are available. This hospital has all sort of facilities so if you have a medical condition they can examine and sort out complex issues very fast . I had to take some blood tests and CT scans which were taken at the spot and the results were available immediately. English translators are very friendly and kind. Recently the hospital updated all its signs to be in Japanese/Korean/English and Chinese

  Excellent reception, excellent facilities and great doctor! We took our toddler who had a strong cold and after treatment she got better in 2 days! Special thanks to MR. ARJUN THAPA, the International Medical Section Director.

  This hospital provides amazing service and is very reliable when you have an injury
