::Despite the large number of patients, the waiting time was short and I was able to see the doctor. At my first visit, I had a referral letter, so I ended up having the surgery, but I was thankful that I was able to complete all the pre-operative tests on the same day. During my stay in the hospital, the doctors, nurses, and staff were all very nice, and I became good friends with the patients in my room, so the week went by in a flash. It may have felt a little like assembly line work because it was a specialized hospital with a set procedure, but I felt at ease as they listened to me and took care of me even when I wasn't feeling well after the surgery.

::It's been two weeks since I had a total thyroidectomy at this hospital. When you come to your first appointment full of anxiety, I will give you a very easy-to-understand explanation and I will perform the surgery, so let's do our best together. I trusted him and decided to have the surgery. I had my enlarged thyroid gland removed completely. He came to my hospital room every day to check on me and called out to me. I am filled with gratitude to Professor Shindo for being in charge of this. thank you very much. Also, the nurses had great teamwork and were all very kind. The meals were not served in white bowls, which are typical of hospitals, but instead had patterns and colors, so I was able to enjoy the food in a different way, and the nutrition was well thought out and the food was delicious. After the surgery, the voices that I was worried about are coming out as normal. Is it because of the results of stretching? There is no feeling of tension. I cut the wound with full intention, so I don't think it can be helped if some scars remain. Thank you very much to Mr. Shindo and all the staff.

::A few years ago, my current director operated on me. After the surgery was over and the anesthesia wore off, I felt an unusually strong pain from below my left ear to my neck, and I couldn't even turn over on my own, so I felt very anxious and nervous. I called for a teacher, but he quickly told me that it couldn't be like that, and instead of getting close to me, he laughed at me and quickly disappeared, looking like he was in a hurry. I was so anxious and anxious that I couldn't help it. I couldn't go back to the hospital room by myself, so I had a nurse accompany me. After the surgery, I started burping continuously. A burp of air coming from the upper area instead of the normal one. Two weeks after I was discharged from the hospital, my throat was so tight that I was so worried that I was going to die that I called the doctor, but I was told that I couldn't answer. When I called back, the receptionist told me via message that it was okay. It's hard to breathe and I still have severe pain under my ear, so it's obvious that something is wrong. The director is completely dishonest. I was even more worried because I had read that thyroid surgery recovers relatively quickly compared to other surgeries, leaves no scars, allows me to walk to the hospital room by myself, and allows me to eat immediately after surgery. I was worried that the sutures would leave marks as the stitches seemed to be sewn tightly to the skin underneath, so even an amateur could see, but even after several years, the scars are still there, I still wear turtles because I didn't sew just the skin on top, so when I swallow, it pulls the skin underneath and makes it wrinkle. I feel the discomfort of being pulled all the time, and my skin is getting thicker. It was so strange that I had a CT scan done. The director said there was nothing abnormal about the first time. Still not satisfied, I made an appointment with the director to see him for the second time, but when I told him that the director didn't listen to me, he told me that sometimes that happens, and that the next patient was waiting. He didn't really listen to me, and I was sad, wondering if it would all be the same in the end. As a result, I had always thought that something was wrong with my trachea, which was narrowed due to injury. I wanted you to tell me the truth about why I felt this way and what was going on with my body. Also, after the surgery, the anesthesiologist came and asked me, ``When did you notice?'' I told him that I had slept until the end, and he went home. Will I be in trouble if I wake up early? I suspect that something happened during the surgery. However, I think it's obvious because the trachea is also affected. Sorry for the long reply, but I had the wrong teacher in charge. It seems like there are doctors who listen carefully to your concerns and doctors who are kind enough to perform surgery without leaving any scars. I have nothing but regrets... P.S: He didn't come to see me even once while I was in the hospital and I was left alone. I was only called once, and I stayed there for less than a minute. I should have asked for a caring teacher who would come and check on me every day. It was a week full of anxiety. Even now, the scars in my throat and heart haven't gone away.

::A relative of mine was hospitalized for surgery and was discharged from the hospital, but he did not receive the statement of medical fee points on the day he was discharged. When I called him and asked if he could get it as soon as possible because I wanted to send it to the prefectural mutual aid, I was told that he would give it to me on the next day of treatment. There it is! 】It seems that he was told. At normal hospitals, the paper is given on the day of discharge, but at this hospital, the paper is given on the next day of treatment? ? It's not my fault that the hospital has rules, but I feel bad if everyone doesn't understand and they don't kindly explain things to me, and even the people at the prefectural mutual aid called this hospital to ask for medical records over the phone. It seems that various things have been said. Will everyone else be waiting with Aun's consent? I found a statement on the website that said the statement was 1,100 yen, but I feel like they could issue it on the same day for an additional fee. Relatives don't seem to have heard anything. . It's a mysterious hospital.

::It’s been four months since I had my total thyroidectomy at Yamashita Thyroid Hospital. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all the staff, medical personnels, to my teacher and Shindo san who performed the surgery with the best results possible. By the way, I am from the Philippines and couldn’t speak Japanese at all (which I’ve regretted so much not learning) with that being said, they extended their service to my benefit. I felt a big burden to all who took care of me because of language barrier, but it never stopped them from helping me (with a smile and patience incomparable) and made me understand everything I need to know before and after the surgery. I am beyond thankful to Tajiri Clinic for recommending Yamashita Thyroid Hospital to conduct further examinations to my health condition and of course to a very successful surgery! I would also like to commend them for a very comfortable and great 1 week stay at the hospital for my recovery. I never thought staying in a hospital would that relaxing and convenient. To the cooking staff, thank you for the healthy and delicious food which I always look forward to having every single day. I will never get tired of saying thank you to everyone of you for all your help, understanding and for providing the best service. I felt so blessed to have met all of you even for a short time. I will forever keep in my mind and heart your kindness and genuine care. Thank you so much.
