  When I went there wanting to eat Fuchuyaki, it was either full or closed, so I finally got in at the third restaurant. There were no customers before 1pm on Saturday. I ordered Fuchuyaki mixed soba semi-double and mentaiko roedama with potato. I waited in the quiet store for the food to slowly rise. While waiting, I ordered oden. I didn't have high expectations since the price was reasonable, but the oden was delicious. He lit the iron plate before it was cooked and brought it over when the iron plate was warm. The way it was grilled was different from the Fuchuyaki I had previously eaten at other restaurants. Even though it's called Fuchuyaki, each restaurant is completely different.

  I came to Fuchu for work. I would like to try the famous Fuchuyaki. Around 18:00 If you try to enter the store alone was denied I was shocked to be told that it was crowded even though there were plenty of seats available. They don't seem to deal with solo customers. If that's the case, I wish there was a sign at the entrance saying no solo customers allowed. I feel really bad go to another store

  There is okonomiyaki that can only be eaten here. Kansai-style, Hiroshima-style, and Fuchuyaki are all okonomiyaki that can't even come close. It's no longer teppanyaki cuisine. It's French.

  You can enjoy various things with Teppanyaki, and finish off with fluffy cheese. And Fuchuyaki! delicious! ! It goes well with wine made from grapes grown by the manager! This time, I wanted to try baking Kansai-style by myself.

  I visited you at night. I ordered Teppanyaki and Okonomiyaki. I grill my teppanyaki myself and season everything with miso sauce. I found this restaurant by taking a wrong turn, but the okonomiyaki was delicious. It's fluffy, voluminous, and perfectly grilled. I wanted to go again. Customer service is pretty normal, just taking orders. I don't feel bad about it.
