  I looked it up online and it said it was a dermatologist, so when I went there, the receptionist said, ``We don't have a dermatologist.''

  It used to be an emergency hospital, but now we are focusing on various [nursing home] facilities. Hospitals are usually not crowded every day, so you can be seen right away for minor injuries or medical examinations!
