The woman (around 30s) who was sitting at the counter had a sullen attitude and was clearly looking down on me, who was in her early 20s. I thought that the attitude would change depending on the customer. I had a bad experience at this store, so I won't be going there anymore. It would be better to change the woman at the counter.

::Apparently, a friend of mine asked to stop NISA's cumulative contributions and had the procedure done, but there was no rollover and the cumulative contributions continued.
