  When I went to make a passbook a few years ago, it was dark and I thought it was a little creepy. There were few customers (2-3 people). The woman (around 30s) who was sitting at the counter had a sullen attitude and was clearly looking down on me, who was in her early 20s. I thought that the attitude would change depending on the customer. I had a bad experience at this store, so I won't be going there anymore. It would be better to change the woman at the counter.

  It would be horrible to not be able to withdraw your savings while being treated in the hospital. I'll appeal to the consumer center.

  Apparently, a friend of mine asked to stop NISA's cumulative contributions and had the procedure done, but there was no rollover and the cumulative contributions continued. I can't open a NISA account with another securities company. Please refrain from selling financial products to people without basic knowledge.
