::This is a kamaage udon restaurant with a stylish interior. The inside of the store is designed like a cafe. Cold drinks and towels are self-serve. Personally, I think it's perfect if it has condiments such as shichimi. There are not many seats, so some people wait in line outside the restaurant during lunch.

::It was my first visit. Select the basic kamaage style The noodles were pure handmade and had a good texture and went down the throat. Aside from the shape of the noodles, they have a nice handmade feel to them. I've decided to visit again!

::When I stayed in Miyazaki for about two weeks on a business trip, I visited there four times. In Miyazaki, kamaage udon is said to be served after drinking, but since I'm from the lower part of Japan, I had it as a hearty dinner. Above all, I like Kamaage Udon (I used to go to Sanuki Mikoto), so almost every time I order it, I order a large Kamaage Udon (raw egg) and 3 pieces of fried chicken. The kamaage udon noodles were uneven and a little curly. It is softer than Sanuki. However, it was chewier and more delicious than the udon noodles I've eaten in other places in Miyazaki. The dipping sauce for the kamaage is very delicious, and the shiitake mushrooms? Full of flavor and a slightly sweet crunchy taste. I really liked this dipping sauce and it went well with the udon noodles, so even though it was large, I ate it in one go. Another thing is fried chicken. This is so delicious! Since it's Miyazaki, I thought Nanban would be better, but the dipping sauce was sweet, so I thought Nanban would be sweeter, so I chose fried chicken. It's lightly spiced and crispy on the outside. However, when I bit into it, I could feel the soft and juicy taste of the thigh meat, and it was a dish that I could eat as many times as I wanted. The store itself is located in a residential area a little far from the downtown area and doesn't stand out, but it is definitely a famous store. Please enjoy the delicious kamaage udon and fried chicken that you cannot imagine from the stylish exterior and interior!
