::I couldn't make a reservation at another affordable business hotel near Takamatsu Station, so I stayed here. All the staff at the front desk were polite and nice. However, the walls were so thin that I could hear the phone calls next door, and the breakfast was just salad, bacon and eggs, a piece of toast, and coffee, so even though it was cheap, it felt like something less than that. Anyway, there were a lot of male guests in the older age group. You can just treat it as just sleeping, but I think female guests should take this into consideration.

::Single rooms have poor cost performance because they have too few facilities and the soundproofing is not good. It seems that each room originally had a toilet, but it has been closed and there is only a shared toilet. When entering and exiting the hotel, guests must change the lock for the shoe locker and the front desk key, so they cannot easily leave the hotel. Convenience is good as it is close to downtown.

::Very quiet at night on street, but capsule is well connected with wifi. Lighting and ventilation are good enough. Reception is friendly and ensure keep you safe and secure. I guess the hot spring is for man only? I seldom saw traveler like me stay. There are long stay uncles or worker with hand carry luggage spend for a short night after work.

::The pricing and services available were all very good! The biggest problems were the lack of WiFi in the capsule rooms (it was available on the other floors) and the fact that half the hotel was basically a smoking area. They did a very good job at purifying the air, though, because I didn't reek of smoke afterwards. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, as well as the free-to-use massage chairs.
