I had no choice but to ask if it would be okay to see another dentist for the time being, and they said yes, so I had another dentist refill the medicine. After that, I was finally able to make an appointment at Family Dental Clinic, so I told them that I had the medicine filled by another dentist, and they had the tooth removed and a mold taken to cover it. Afterwards, the treatment was completed successfully, and as I was returning home, I received a call from Family Dental Clinic. The content of the call was that another dentist had filled the patient with medicine and they could no longer treat her. I was shocked when I was refused treatment because my teeth had been ground down and they were missing. They say they can't make an appointment, so they can't provide emergency care, but if you try another dentist, they'll refuse the treatment. The patient is in trouble and goes to the dentist. I wanted the treatment to last until the end. I know that giving a bad review is not a good thing, but I wanted to make sure that patients who are about to receive treatment know this.
