::The staff were very professional and kind as soon as I came in. Even with the very limited Japanese I knew, I was able to get my contacts in less than 30 minutes. The lady who helped me was too kind (she apologized for not knowing English well, which of course I told her she didnāt have to apologize). She helped me sign up for a coupon to get a discount that I didnāt even know about! Theyāre able to take credit cards too. By the end of the transaction, she saw I was struggling to hold my glasses (I didnāt have my glasses case) and offered me a free glasses case to keep them safe! Great experience overall.

::The staff here are super professional and sweet. My Japanese isn't that great but they patiently helped me navigate my phone so I could use a coupon code they found. They easily could have given up and skipped the discount step on me but were really kind and accommodating, something I don't find as often in cold Tokyo customer service.
