  買い足し出来るからと30分待たされた挙句、在庫がないと。先にしっかりと調べてから伝えてください。ホント時間の無駄でした。

  加藤眼科が最悪でした。 アイシティさんは対応良かったのに残念です。二度と行きません。 眼科の診療がある方は、別店舗に行かれることをお勧めします。

  The staff were very professional and kind as soon as I came in. Even with the very limited Japanese I knew, I was able to get my contacts in less than 30 minutes. The lady who helped me was too kind (she apologized for not knowing English well, which of course I told her she didn’t have to apologize). She helped me sign up for a coupon to get a discount that I didn’t even know about! They’re able to take credit cards too. By the end of the transaction, she saw I was struggling to hold my glasses (I didn’t have my glasses case) and offered me a free glasses case to keep them safe! Great experience overall.

  The staff here are super professional and sweet. My Japanese isn't that great but they patiently helped me navigate my phone so I could use a coupon code they found. They easily could have given up and skipped the discount step on me but were really kind and accommodating, something I don't find as often in cold Tokyo customer service.

  初めてのコンタクトレンズデビューでお世話になりました。眼科の先生もお店のスタッフさん達も凄く親切で安心してデビューする事ができました。 人気のお店なので少し待ち時間がありましたが安心感あるのでオススメです。 半年以内なら追加でレンズの購入も出来るようなので 使っているレンズが無くなったらまた行きたいと思っています。 （夕方前であれば比較的混雑も少ないらしい）
