  This cafe is located on the street on the left after entering the park, past the first building (in the area with windmills and flower gardens). If you take the regular route, the store is hidden next to a cheese specialty store, so it's easy to miss it. There are also terrace seats, although the number is small. It is in a position where you can see the ``light and fountain show'' from around 8:30 p.m. If you arrive in Japan after lunch or dinner, you may find the store at just the right time.   Good location. Good coffee. Ice cream floats are great in summer. Hot coffee great in January. It has become a regular stop for us.
