  When I ordered the ice cafe mocha, it was topped with plenty of fresh cream❣️ It was delicious! ️ This is the perfect restaurant when you want to have a drink while looking at the beautifully blooming roses🌹.

  This cafe is located on the street on the left after entering the park, past the first building (in the area with windmills and flower gardens). A stylish signboard has been erected and a wide range of products, from Italian food to soft serve ice cream, are sold here. If you take the regular route, the store is hidden next to a cheese specialty store, so it's easy to miss it. There are also terrace seats, although the number is small. It is in a position where you can see the ``light and fountain show'' from around 8:30 p.m. If you arrive in Japan after lunch or dinner, you may find the store at just the right time.   Good location. Good coffee. Ice cream floats are great in summer. Hot coffee great in January. It has become a regular stop for us.
