  Hard to judge the size. About 20 tables, but not all of them have four seats. There are also some extra seats that look less comfortable in the lobby just in front of the coffee shop. The bad directions from Google Maps still show coming in from the back side, but the normal entry is from the front lobby on Omei Kaido, the main street that continues down to the station. Very airy, modern, and open atmosphere, but kind of noisy. I sat in a very bright seat next to the big windows. The building is a kind of public concert hall and this coffee shop is at the back of the ground floor lobby. Wi-Fi is available, but I think the short password makes the security weak. No charging. The coffee was quite good and I was tempted by the delicious chocolate wafers from Ecuador. Glad I let the temptation overcome me. Willing to call it a high four stars overall. My earlier quasi-review appears below, but I was able to remove the picture about the temporary closing notice. For now mostly just the warning that Google Maps and the directions were even worse than usual for Google Maps. Guided to a large blank wall on the side street. However, the entire building is closed for remodeling until the end of the month, so what the heck.

  You don't have to line up for hours to get in like other coffee places such as Starbucks. It's comfortable.

  This is a quiet and comfortable cafe located inside Suginami Public Hall. Pasta is also delicious 💝 On this day, I took shelter from the rain. I had cheesecake and iced coffee. The chocolate cake my companion ate was even better with whipped cream on it💝 Iced coffee: M, L I’m happy ⭐ I love the quiet time 💓♥️❤️ The smoked bacon and cheese hot sandwich was hearty and delicious with plenty of black sesame seeds. Lime soda too Delicious💕 ------------------------- It's quiet and clean because it's away from the crowds from the station, and the toilets are clean and located inside the public hall. Sandwiches and sandwiches Even though it's a set price, it's a wallet-friendly cafe that I love. For the set, you can also choose iced latte, and it tastes really delicious! ! The staff are kind and polite, and best of all, eating lunch or breakfast while looking out through the glass walls is the best❣️ this day is, Shrimp avocado sandwich Ice latte♪ The bread is focaccia nice!   Located on the 1st floor of Suginami Public Hall, directly in front of the entrance, it is convenient for meeting before a concert. This is a shop where you can feel free to stop by even if you are not attending a concert. I also like that even if the cafe in front of the station is full, there may be empty seats here so you can relax. No power? Very few customers work on computers. Restrooms are available on the first floor of the building. There are also toilets that can be used by anyone, even those with disabilities. The facility is wheelchair accessible. You can choose from a wide variety of coffee, hot sandwiches, sweets, etc. For coffee, I prefer black Americano. It's amazing how you can relax and enjoy the coffee even when it gets a little cold 😲🥰 Sometimes hot sandwich bread is so delicious that you just want to eat it 😂 American coffee is not bitter but has a deep flavor 🤗 The staff carefully wiped down the tables and chairs after use. We are supported by such efforts. truly, thank you very much. 🤗

  In the entrance of the town hall doesn't enable a cosy atmosphere but the service was quick and friendly, shame the coffee (machiato) wasn't great, just ok (lacked depth and bit weak for an espresso).
