::I think it's a branch of "Miso Kaido" whose main store is on Yotsukaido. The most popular ramen seems to be the spicy ramen called ``Kaido Ramen Flame,'' but since I'm not good at spicy food, I ordered ``Kaido Ramen White'' (900 yen), which seems to have the mildest flavor. The soup seems to use white miso and has a gentle taste as expected. You can feel the sweetness of the miso, but I feel like this is a type of miso ramen that doesn't rely on miso too much for flavor. The noodles are medium-thick, flat, curly noodles with low water content. It has a slightly chewy feel due to the hard boiling. Both the soup and noodles were miso ramen unlike anything I've ever encountered before.

::When you enter, you buy a meal ticket and take a seat. It's shaped like a bar with a counter in the kitchen. When I went in on a Saturday evening, there were about two groups and only one staff member. She didn't come to pick up the food ticket, so I was a little worried about what to do, but she came to pick it up after I finished making it. The food comes out of the kitchen and is served from the back. I got the white miso because it was the most refreshing. The noodles were thick and there weren't too many vegetables, so it was delicious. The taste was between miso and pork bone.

::Friday, March 1, 2024 22:45 I used it for a drinking party. I've been to the Yotsukaido main store several times, but this was my first visit. There are about 10 seats at the counter only. Although it was late, the place was almost full. After drinking a lot, I don't remember well, but I think I ordered Kaidoen. I think it tasted pretty good, but it was quite spicy, and the next day I had a lot of pain around my butt. . . Thank you for the meal.

::We love this ramen restaurants but it is not better than the one close to Yotsukaido station. Good flavor, amount and price, but the other branch is unique :)
