::The woman in her 40s or 50s at the mail reception desk always makes me feel uncomfortable. (I experienced it 3 times, my wife once) The level of service that you wouldn't expect from a "private" service, such as the troublesome response and harsh language used. For some reason, I felt very uncomfortable even though I was just sending mail, so I started going out of my way to use a post office a little further away. Very disappointing even though it's nearby.
