  I will give zero for rooms if there’s zero😬. The room is dirty, (see picture) few hair left on the shower holder. Showed to the manager but no remorse. Water leaks to the floor from shower. Not much water pressure on vanity and bidet.

  I stayed in the capsule in this hotel. (they offer standard western style room as well) Although the space is small, it is enough for sleeping. There is a tiny TV, charger, radio and alarm clock in the capsule. Bed is clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a public bath, and I have no problem with using it. The P/E ratio is high and I would definitely stay here again. PS. Tram station is just 2 minutes walking distance away and the china town is just nearby which offer many good food.

  I loved this hotel. It is comfortable, spacious, great service, gives loads of freebies (dessert, ramen, ice lollies, etc.). The onsen is quite spacious as well and felt like luxury. The location is pretty convenient too.

  Good location, great spa on the top floor, BUT the room was very small, there were LED lights everywhere that lit up the bedroom like a Christmas tree after you turned off the main lights to sleep, and there were air-con units immediately outside the bedroom window. The bed was uncomfortable, and the 2 pillows provided are the worst we have experienced in Japan so far. For the price charged, it was a disappointing stay with poor sleep quality.

  It was an expensive night for only one person, yet, the room was very nice, the hot bath and sauna is amazing, the free ramen in the evening, and breakfast - all included. Hard to give lower than 5 stars. This is where almost exclusively local people stay which made interesting.
