    I understand everyone's evaluation. The level of the staff at the counter is terrible. It's funny I got frustrated a few times and since then I have changed most of my accounts to online banks and no longer go to the counter.

    When I first entered the store, there was nothing there. They don't say anything like welcome or hello. You can't get documents unless you ask for them, so you have to wait your turn to get documents, fill them out, and then wait again, which is inefficient. Even after the procedure is finished, I don't hear anything like, ``I'm waiting for you again,'' so I wonder if this is the end. I thought so and left the store. I almost said it was a customer business.

    The response from men is very poor. When inquiring over the phone, speak quickly and hang up the phone when the matter is finished. There is no shortage of kindness. Other people also said things that were different from what they said multiple times, so I felt distrustful. I feel so sorry for him, probably because he doesn't have the patience to do so. Dealing with visitors is also part of my job. Why not try being educated again?

    I'm not saying everyone, but the overall level is low. What other banks can do within three days cannot be done even after waiting for weeks, and there is no apology for their mistakes. On top of that, it's really irritating to be so flustered. Even though I told them to do so, they did not bring the documents without contacting me. My responsibilities have changed several times, but all of them have left me with doubts as to what they are like as members of society in the first place. What kind of education would make this happen?

    I was treated like a huge lick. No matter how polite your words are, you can tell by the way you respond. It feels disgusting. I understand that they treat me like a child because I am a student, but there are some people at Towa Bank who treat me in a disgusting way. I just wanted the person in charge to change. Maybe you should be a little more careful in your response. I don't think they would be aware of it unless their names were mentioned individually.
