  Very good hotel in a very convenient location. Staff is very friendly and all speak English. Pleasant breakfasts. No queue for using laundry. They’ve got luggage storage room so you can leave your bags before check in or after check out.

  This Toyoko-Inn is extremely convenient if: - you are on business (there is mostly nothing to do in the business neighbourhood...) - you need to fly from Tokyo/Haneda: the direct line starts on the same side of Shinagawa station - you are an early morning person: this is about the fact that Toyoko-inns (all of them..) will throw you out of your room at 10 AM every single morning except on the "ECO PLAN" days - and you can only take those every other day. So if there is a typhoon or any other reason why you can't leave your room, think of Plan B. Additional information that may be useful - The plus of Toyoko-Inns: take a membership card and after 10 night you get one free; reservation on internet is really easy and as a member, you can cancel at last minute. If you are an overseas traveller with a lot of luggage (always my case) and you happen to leave the hotel knowing that you will come back a few days later, you can ask them to keep some luggage for you until you come back. They are very accommodating. - since all staff is friendly, do not hesitate to ask them how the * the AC remote control works: but this is a Japanese hotel, do not expect to find everything explained in English. - Otherwise, this is one of my favourite T-I because unlike most others which only offer Japanese-type breakfast, this one has scrumptious croissants -

  Close to station neat n clean with hot water boiler n others plenty electric charge sockets n wi fi free in room

  Meet the expected standards of Toyoko Inn - very clean, convenient location, friendly staff, free breakfast, private encrpyted wifi for each room. Double room is slightly bigger than expected. BUT it's very close to the main road and train station (as you can see from the photo) so it's noisy throughout the night.
