  I have been taking care of you since you were born. The medical staff always treats us with kindness, so you can feel at ease during your visit. I am grateful to the doctor in charge for his thorough and thorough examination. I think the waiting time may seem long, but I think that's the reason for the detailed examination. Please remember to express your gratitude to those who receive your medical attention.

  My mother suddenly stopped moving after taking a bath, and was taken by ambulance to Dokkyo, where she was the doctor on duty for the weekend. Before that, I asked emergency personnel to contact Shimotsuga Medical Center, which is 5 minutes from my house, but they refused. The emergency room was not crowded and I was able to go home about 2 hours after the test. During the examination, both the nurse and the doctor in charge were very kind and the explanations were easy to understand! However, when I went back in the daytime two days later to settle my bill, I was surprised to find it so crowded. I agree that this may be what others are saying.

  The worst hospital ever in Japan. The lack of communication between nurses is a serious problem of this hospital. Each nurse give you totally different information that makes you confused what is right to believe. Probably they are not responsible for what they say. or they are not even trained at all. I am very disappointed about how they treat patients and their family. They will have many patients that would experience such a horrible feeling as I did, unless they fix their communication issue.
