It was a normal, slightly older ramen shop, but the inside was clean and there was jazz music playing. Since I like jazz, my likability goes up all at once. I ordered miso butter. A cheerful old man was working alone, and the ramen was being made very skillfully. Is the soup ginger? I didn't really understand it, but it had a slightly strange taste, but I liked it. The utensils also had a stylish feel, unlike those at a normal ramen shop.

I can feel the politeness of the way they talk to each other and I have a good impression of them. Is ramen seafood? I think this is a regional soup that gives you a feeling of soy sauce and miso, but I prefer miso. The standard serving of chashu is about 2 pieces. The inside of the store is very retro, but clean.
