::One of the long-established stores representing Kurume ramen There was a fire that destroyed part of the store in the new year of 2024, but it had been beautifully renovated. I think the ramen's menma topping is unique for ramen in this region. The soy sauce-flavored char siu with grilled sides is also highly satisfying, and it makes sense that more people order the char siu noodles than at regular ramen restaurants. The soup is the classic Kurume ramen, which is richer than Hakata ramen. The noodles are also a little thick and Kurume style. It is a stable and reliable taste that is not influenced by trends. The half-fried rice in the set was neither moist nor dry, and for better or worse, it had a mediocre, unmemorable taste, but it had just the right seasoning to go with the ramen, and the portion was just right, so it was easy to order. I feel like they have increased the variety of their menu a bit too much, but even though they are a long-established restaurant, it is inevitable that they will introduce changes in order to survive in the cutthroat ramen industry. This is a restaurant that we would like to support as a standard Kurume ramen in the future.

::I always choose a large bowl of ramen! *You can also order substitute balls. We also have great value student ramen. Two balls of noodles? ! To order student ramen, a uniform or student ID is required. The char siu noodles are also filling and highly recommended! thank you for the food!

::The soup is salty, but it's a rich soup made with pork bones and a lot of lard, so it's a flavor that young people and older people will probably like. The char siu was fluffy and delicious. There are a lot of customers, but there are plenty of seats and the food is served early, so the turnover rate is good. The staff were cheerful, and the store was busy even on weekdays, so it was a pleasant atmosphere of a thriving store.

::It's been a while since I visited. It retains the Showa era feel while also having the character of a long-established store. I got the ramen gyoza and rice set. The noodles are thin, but they are medium thick among thin noodles. The soup has the flavor of pork bones all over it, and you can almost smell the flavor of the animal (that's a compliment), THE Tonkotsu! It's irresistible for tonkotsu ramen lovers, but people who aren't familiar with tonkotsu ramen may have different tastes. It was very delicious and had a lot of flavor. The style is to take the desired amount of mustard greens from the table inside the restaurant. The gyoza was delicious, and the tonkotsu ramen had a strong and strong pork bone flavor that went well with the rice. They also sell original bowls and mugs. Of course, you can also make substitute balls.
