I didn't have much time this time, so I ordered a set that included peperoncino, salad, drink, and 3 breads. The bread was delicious, but it took a while for the other items to be served, so I ended up finishing the bread first. The amount of salad is small and the pasta is average. I had the carbonara replaced with fettuccine on another day, but the noodles were hard and heavy so I failed...

However, for a pasta specialty restaurant, the pasta and sauce were disappointing. The pasta should be cooked al dente but still firm. I had the Kamatama pasta with mentaiko butter, but the balance of the mentaiko, butter, and egg was a little off. My friend who had the bacon and asparagus in tomato sauce said that the pasta and sauce didn't blend well together.
