::Wonderful experience. Great staff and people were so helpful. The concierge helped us find great sushi spot's and where to get Suntory Hibiki whiskey which by chance was at the 2nd floor bar at the hotel. After 12+ days of 16k-19k steps it was good to have a nice location to hangout. The breakfast at the main restaurant is good but it's American style . You can do a Japanese breakfast via room service if you like Would/will stay here again when I return to Tokyo. Shimbashi station is very close too.

::It was cozy, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Staffs are really welcoming and helpful. Also, we had great Japanese and American style breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

::2 stars for 2 good points: - Hotel is near Shimbashi station which makes it easily accessible to other areas by train. - The room is big so we had lots of space to leave our luggage open and still have lots of room to move about unlike usual hotels in Tokyo. For the price we paid: - Breakfast was terrible. Also seemed like frequent/ local guests get more food than tourists at the restaurants. - Buffet was same every day, and mediocre in taste (there are a few options for breakfast; either buffet or fixed menu- for which the portion is tiny) - Service was really not what we expected at all. Hotel seems only great if you’re American/ European.

::The hotel may not be modern and old-fashioned, but they put effort into maintaining the facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful. We stayed for eight nights and had a good impression.

::The room is spacious for Americans. We ate at a restaurant on floor 2 with a baby and the staff was so sweet to us even when the baby made some noise. The location is super convenient when using the subway. Super clean and friendly. Stayed back in 2018 and would recommend them any day!
