  My siblings and I had a wonderful time at the Milky House, kickstarting the new year off to a great start. The cozy little lodge is simply adorable and the hospitality service is amazing. Masahiro is super kind, responsive and accommodating, making sure the guests feel welcomed. The food was also delicious, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. The location is also a bonus, a 10min walk to the Nook. Overall, it was a really lovely experience and would love to return for another trip.

  Great place to stay in Niseko- the lodge is huge and clean, the location is great for skiing in annupuri, and the staff is fantastic. Their dinner service is really great too.

  One of the best stays in Niseko... Our whole experience was wonderful ,Masa San (owner) and his team took very good care of us . They cooked excellent Breakfast and Dinner ...i will only go and stay there for food . Rooms are decent size and very clean, Resort is located walking distance from Annpuri ... Me and my kids loved it ,i also happen to meet Mr PK and his staff ... I highly reccomend this place if you want to feel like staying at home away from home ... Thank you masa and team....

  Excellent host (Masa and the team), food, onsen tour, and hospitality right in front of Anupuri Ski Area I previously stayed at Milky House, Niseko, about four years ago. Since then, they have performed significant renovations, installed energy-efficient heating systems, and opened a new cafe & bar under the leadership of the new owner, Masa. The new team did a great job and made our 4-night stay at Niseko an unforgettable experience. ** Food ** One of the key strengths of the Milky house is its excellent food quality. They use local ingredients to serve dinner and breakfast. Milk, blueberry, and some vegetables are from their farm, and we were impressed with their dishes. Their bar serves several signature cocktails, such as ones with wasabi or burdock. ** Hospitality ** Masa and the team communicated well with us, and we were impressed with their excellent hospitality. They offer rides from/to Niseko station. They conduct an Onsen Hot spring tour every night, and we explored multiple local onsens. ** Location ** The location is also excellent - Niseko Annupuri Ski Base/Restaurant area is within walking distance (~250 m away). Overall, I highly recommend Mikly House, Niseko.

  This place is so amazing. If you have a problem with sharing a few resources don't come here but if you like socializing with other travelers this place is for you. While the shared dining and bathrooms are similar to hostel living, there are no shared rooms which gives you your own space when you want it. The rooms are very nice and have a lot of room. The place was warm. The common areas were decorated with a lot of care and create a very welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The food is OUTSTANDING. The young man who runs the restaurant and his staff make an enormous effort to provide a high quality dining experience even when the breakfast is included and dinner is only 2000yen. Each meal has about 5 courses and each is very good. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and sociable and have plenty of tips about skiing, Niseko, and even other places in the area. They have us a free ride to the train station and can have rental equipment delivered to you in the morning, it is then picked up when you're done with it so the whole process is very hassle free. The Annapuri lifts are only a few minutes away by foot. There are a good amount of restaurants I'm the area but just eat at Milky House, trust me. Edit: I'm updating my review because I think it's important to note that the staff made a special vegan meal for my wife who has dietary restrictions. They are the best!
