  The location is great, and the room has made a new standard for Japanese quality. Please make sure u turn on the heater when entering the room, as it may take 45 min for the heater to start to work. My kid got hurt when stepping into the washroom as there is a broken tile. The cleaning conditions is speechless.

  Unfortunately we were not able to sleep which should be the minimum requirement of a hotel. We were bothered by the noise at night. It sounded like washing machines were working non stop. We tried calling them but no answer. The toilet was surprisingly loud as well and kept bothering us during the night. Plus the wifi turning off (?) in the middle of the night made me lose a lot of mobile data.

  Avoid by all means! The bed is filthy with hairs all over. I asked the front desk, and they gave me a lint roller brush. See how much dust and hairs it collects after a few rolls. Is a clean bed too much to ask for a 6000yen stay? Please avoid by all means. I’ve stayed in cheaper and way cleaner ones in the area.

  We booked this hotel at the last minute. It was really cheap and had available rooms. I was very surprised at the quality I was seeing from a Comfort Inn. Significantly better than the locations in the states. The breakfast bar was well worth the value but can get very crowded. The location was not the best but it's still great if you're on a budget.

  Hotel is in nice location, about 5 minutes far from Sendai station by walk. It includes free breakfast, coffee in any time. Very nice lobby. It has smoking room, interesting. Coin laundry is also available. Rooms are nice, very clean bathroom. Staffs are cordial.
