The coffee has a delicious quality flavor to it. The place is small and cozy. The owner is very kind. I also appreciated the novel menu items, including a variety of apple coffee drinks. Super tasty :)

For a town as small as Aomori, there are sure quite a few specialty coffee cafes around. Unfortunately we only had time to visit one, so we visited this cafe. It is a very small cafe with probably 6 seats inside, and some seats outside. There were alot of decorations which makes it feel very cosy, however, also feels cramped. They have a wide range of coffee bean for sale but only one daily special bean for drinking. My wife ordered the daily pour over while i ordered then roasted green tea and apple cappuccino. The cappuccino was something i have not tasted before and it was really good with a strong roasted tea taste and the sweetness of fresh juice from the famous local Aomori apple. It really goes well together with the milk to form a tea based cappuccino. The pour over Geisha coffee was also good with low acidity and smooth to drink, with a nice after taste. Location is easily walkable from the JR or shopping district at the center. No toilet. Or at least i did not see one.

It’s not often that you see the owner of the store actively making the coffee. He methodically brews with the precision of a man who is dedicated to his craft. After creating your coffee, he comes and presents it to you, showing the ingredients used. His coffee creations perfectly add sweetness while complementing the bitterness of the coffee.

Just grab a morning coffee to start my day in Aomori. As it is not the sakura peak season, it is not busy for the city. The coffee shop just open when I arrived so I am the first few customers on that day. I ordered hand drip coffee AQ006 Bolivia Red Honey. It is really fruity, with significant notes of berries. At last, having a little chit chat with the staff, they recommended some restaurants nearby. Thank you so much.

Exceptional coffee experience with both high quality coffee as well as regional specialities incorporating local apple juice, cassis and tea. They offer a third-wave coffee experience with hand-crafted single-origin beans roasted in-house.
