  A small, cozy, quaint, privately owned, coffee shop that focuses on single source coffee beans. The owner's knowledge about coffee beans and its preparation is topnotch. I challenged him, partly to his annoyance (sumimasen), on an ice coffee. I asked him to surprise me and surprise me he did. He chose a Honduran beans that, when prepared cold, have no distinguishing smell. But upon drinking, the smell and taste of fruitiness and nuttiness just explodes and overtook my senses. It was fantastic. He has a dozen or so beans that you can buy in 100 and 200 gram packages. From Asia, south America, African countries and European countries as well. Please note the place is very small (only 2 tables and an additional one in the front) and communication exclusively in English may be a bit hard. But if you are a coffee connoisseur, I think it's worth a trip to this small, cozy and quaint little shop in Aomori.

  Fruity lemony Ethiopia drip coffee, good after taste, nice body! The hot chocolate is not sweet at all but I'd have preferred some sugar

  Walked past by and stopped because of front decorations are inviting. The owners are very friendly, introducing coffee with his expertise. We ordered iced medium roast coffee, and enjoyed our drinks with chocolate coconut cookies. A must-visit for a real coffee break.

  Favourite cafe in this trip. (6/27) Nice place to enjoy handdrop. They learned from a famous cafe in Tokyo before opening this cafe.
